We forgot that even with the best Ajimobi did, Oyo still had a major waste problem.

The truth is many Nigerians want civilisation at no cost and a large population are ignorant about the dynamics of waste management anyway. Waste management needs the involvement of everyone in the society. It is not government’s JOB neither is it charity.
